It’s designed to be an easy-to-access, convenient official source of information about provider quality. HHCAHPS (Home Health Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers & Systems) star ratings help you quickly and easily assess the patient experience of care information provided on Home Health Compare. You can use these ratings to more easily compare home health agencies using a 5-star scale, with more stars indicating better quality care. There is one Overall 5-star rating for each nursing home, and a separate rating for each of the following three sources of information: Health Inspections – The health inspection rating contains the 3 most recent health inspections and investigations due to complaints.
